You must be of legal age to make a reservation. They must also be staying with another party. Unaccompanied minors (under 18 years) must have a written consent from their guardian, which must be delivered to the accommodation before the start of the stay. All guests staying at the destination must complete a passenger declaration form on arrival. Payment is made by prepayment, online or on arrival at the Hyvärilä reception.
The booking starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. Other arrival and departure times must always be agreed separately with the Hyvärilä reception.
Keys are handed over to the client upon arrival at Hyvärilä's reception or as agreed in advance. During the booking period, the customer is responsible for the keys. If the door has to be opened outside the opening hours of Hyvärilä by a security guard - due to the customer's fault/negligence - we will charge 65 € incl. VAT 25,5%. For lost or unreturned keys we charge 50 € and 5 € for a key card. At the end of the reservation, keys and key cards will be returned to Hyvärilä's reception.
If you wish to bring your pet to the accommodation, please inform us in advance when booking. Pets are allowed in some rooms for an extra charge of € 30 per pet per stay. If pets are brought into the room without permission, an additional fee of €50 will be charged. The owner is obliged to clean up after pets in the yard.
Lost or broken furniture will be charged to the guest. Hyvärilä shall not be liable for any damage caused to the customer by unforeseeable force majeure or similar causes (e.g. natural phenomena, power cuts, etc.) which are not caused by Hyvärilä and the consequences of which Hyvärilä could not reasonably have prevented.
The Client may cancel one (1) room and one (1) day's reservation free of charge by 3pm on the day prior to arrival. Hyvärilä has the right to charge the Client the price of the accommodation if the Client cancels the reservation later or does not arrive.
The client may cancel his reservation for 2-5 rooms or one (1) room for more than one day at no cost two days prior to arrival. Hyvärilä has the right to charge the first night's room rate if the client cancels the reservation later or does not show up.

In case of force majeure, the accommodation can cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid in advance.
Any comments or complaints regarding the accommodation should be addressed directly to the Hyvärilä reception as soon as they arise and during the booking period. Complaints made afterwards will not be taken into consideration.
The Package Travel Act does not apply to bookings of hotel rooms, camping cabins or beach huts.
